Sydney recruit Taylor Adams will make his first appearance for the club in Thursday’s pre-season clash with Brisbane, which will also mark Lachie Neale’s first hit-out of 2024 in the Brownlow medallist’s return from groin surgery.
The Swans have opted to rest a host of other stars including Chad Warner, Tom Papley and Jake Lloyd ahead of their Opening Round clash against Melbourne, while the Lions will also welcome back Jarrod Berry to their midfield.
The Giants have meanwhile rested Jesse Hogan for their practice match against the Suns, while Lachie Ash, Isaac Cumming, Finn Callaghan and Darcy Jones also won’t play.
