Tar Heel: Former world No.76 tennis player Naomi Broady welcomed twins into the world on December 19, and she shared the joyful news on Christmas by posting a photo of her newborns dressed in festive attire.

“Our Christmas gifts arrived early under the tree this year, and while we haven’t made it home yet, we couldn’t be more grateful,” the 32-year-old announced on Instagram. Among the first to extend their congratulations to the new mom were fellow WTA players Johanna Konta, Heather Watson, Kristyna Pliskova, Taylor Townsend, Jessica Pegula, Alize Lim, Laura Robson, and Shelby Rogers.

Broady had revealed her pregnancy back in June with a photo featuring two Wimbledon-themed baby bodysuits placed on grass.
