Plymouth Argyle’s talented goalkeeper, Mike Cooper, has been dealt another blow with a second knee injury in 2023.
This setback, a medial collateral ligament injury, is expected to keep him out for eight to 10 weeks. Cooper, aged 24, had only recently returned from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his other knee and had played nine games for the team. Despite not requiring surgery, he faces another significant period on the sidelines.
